This is from Nicky’s public napacione FB page:
Nicky’s iPetition, which has already been removed by iPetitions staff, was an effort to get CreateSpace to take him back. Yet, on FB, Nicky claims his “endgame” with CS is to get them to prosecute Keene for him (for imaginary crimes). “E.C.” or “ECS” is short for executive customer support.
I’m sure customer support will
get right on it laugh themselves silly. Aside from the fact that they don’t have any legal authority to do so, it has nothing whatsoever to do with them. Add to that the fact that they no longer have anything to do with him after terminating his account for ToS violations, and it’s obvious this is going nowhere.
FWIW, I love the part in which Mr. Wonder Bread Eye-talian/Swede brings up “White Privelage” [sic]. Self-awareness. He has none.

It appears that Nicky has lost his CreateSpace account. All 12 of his books there display a message that reads “This title is currently on hold. This title has been retired and is no longer for sale.”

Here’s what his “namesake” shows:
The other pages display the same message.
Amazon lists most of these as out of print, although a few appear as having either used Lulu editions for sale, or limited availability through third party sellers (one in Japan).
If you search “Nickolaus Pacione” on CreateSpace sitewide, only some old forum discussion items appear. Restricting the same search to the CreateSpace store yields the GothicFest documentary, but nothing published by Nicky.
Irate Nicky is irate. In the past four days, Nicky has posted nine times on Lulu’s Facebook page. Never mind the holiday weekend. All nine posts have gone unanswered by Lulu representatives, who are off-duty during the long weekend.
Here’s his latest. He wants to talk to people higher up than those who handle TOS violations, or “Questionable Content,” as he puts it. He wants to cut a deal with Lulu.
Also, he’s making quite a pill of himself over on the Createspace forum.
