Hat tip: Naaman Brown, for the link
Nicky thought it would be cool to sic the York County Sheriff’s office on Mr. Keene, hence the following note he left on their Facebook page:
He sounds pretty demented to me, and I’ve been following his antics on the internet for over a decade. Can you imagine what the county sheriff’s office must think, after seeing something like that (assuming people there even bother to look when they’re not trying to post something to the page themselves)? To pull “a Nicky,” here’s the way I imagine it going down:
Deputy #1: “Hey, Frank! You gotta get a load of this.” *points to screen*
Deputy #2: “Dafuq is this guy talking about?”
Deputy #1: “Beats me. Just some lunatic, I suppose.”
Deputy #2: “Should we leave it there long enough for everybody on the next shift to get a laugh?”
So when do we get to tell the York County Sheriff’s Dept what a Psycho Nicky is?
Anyone know who Ingram Spark is(are)? Apparently Nickynobble works there now…
Ah – a smaller, less well known createspace style of site.
Well as I’ve just pointed out to him in an email, he doesn’t work for them. He uses their services. He might as well say he works for Xerox because he uses a photocopier.
Whoa, this is pretty looney tunes all right. My father was in law enforcement when I was a kid and they used to keep a file of people like this who made regular bizarre requests and who engaged in other nuisance activities literally labelled “Nutters”. If the York County Sheriff’s Department is anything like the police here, they will doubtless have a similar category for Nicky.
The BESTEST EVAH part? The page on which Nicky left his keyboard diarrhea is for the Sheriff’s Department in York County, South Carolina.
So much for nicky’s research skills and attention to detail! hahahahahahahahaha
Thank God he was able to apply his considerable skills as an investigative journalist to the task of figuring out which of the no-doubt several York Counties in the U.S. that Keene lives in. It would be a shame if he picked the wrong one… oh, right. He did. :Þ
Thanks, hon. These pants weren’t going to pee themselves!
The York County Sheriff’s Office logo is a badge with a beard (¿a YCSO in-joke?). The beard musta threw Pacione off (assumption: beard = Amish Country).
Not really an in-joke, but it does require some explanation. During the month of November, they are relaxing their facial hair rules to allow male deputies to grow beards for cancer awareness. From yorkcountysheriff.com:
Nicky expands on the York County post on his counter petition that he now has up on ipetitions.com in response to the “let’s get Nicky booted off the internet for good” petition. It’s as rambling as you’d expect, but the main thrust of it seems to be begging CreateSpace to publish some more of his short stories and claiming he has enough “evidence” to get Brian Keene put in jail. One might ask why, if this is the case, he needs 50,000 signatures from random strangers. But then logic has never been Nickadoodle’s strong point. He’s also back to claiming that CreateSpace “fired” him even though he was never employed by them. He openly admitted this several months ago when he initially claimed to be working for the company then said he was “only joking” when he was called out on it.

Even if he HAD been an employee there would be ample reasons all over the internet to fire him. Like the death threats, rape ‘jokes’, racism, and various other examples of extremely unprofessional behavior.
Absolutely. And his latest tactic of leaving deranged rants on police facebook pages is incredibly stupid, even for Nicky. I think that after so many years of getting away with endless threats and abuse he’s become so delusional that he thinks he’s untouchable. His luck can’t last forever though. He’s been seriously upping the ante lately and the odds are getting Vegas high that someone’s going to finally call his bluff and little Nicky’s going to go bust in spectacular fashion.
Upon reading that petition, who would have any idea of what or who ECR at CreateSpace was?
I know Pacione expects everyone to do volumes of backreading to understand what he writes about, but that petition is rant without context.
