Nicky has apparently joined a relatively new forum associated with The Vampire Don. It appears to be a revamped version of a previous forum.
The forum entry that Exposethetard found from Pacione is a month old. In it, Zippy the Pinhead brags about making an appearance at Gothicfest 2007, and mentions that he wants to interview the vampire, Don Henrie, who is also to be there.
Don Henrie would have to be the same vampire who either backed out on the interview, didn’t know Pacione was planning to do one, or ran for his life (if that’s the right word to use).
Anyone can register for the forum, but applications have to be approved by the administrators. I don’t have much of a feel for how lively the forum is, but I poked around long enough to ascertain that it has over 600 members. Apparently, Mr. Henrie has quite a following. Here’s the main site.
This line from the forum entry is particularly funny:
Yeah I can shock the hell out of people without even thinking about it, the fact that I have a 98 IQ but able to write some rather scary shit over the years because I lived a lot of the horrors in some ways.
First, a 98 IQ is nothing about which to brag. Second, Mr. Pacione is exaggerating what it once was by anywhere from 20 (my estimate) to 30 points (Otter’s estimate). His IQ might have been 98 when he was five, or seven, but his intelligence hasn’t increased much since then. The older he gets, the lower the number goes without an accompanying increase in mental faculties/knowledge/problem solving ability. Pacione has not grasped the fact that an IQ isn’t a static number; it changes over time.
Sorry for the digression. It just seemed worth a little commentary, even though it’s merely tangential to the vampire forum.
I think Nicky found a new home that he has a good chance of not being chased out of at least not for awhile. Those people on that site, from what I saw anyway, are the most pretentious, no nothings kids and sadly young adults as well.
I wonder if Nick really is bragging about his IQ here. It seems to me, at least the tone I get, is that he’s bragging about his IQ in terms of if being a handicap. What I think he’s saying is that he can “scare the hell out of people” despite having the mental capabilities of a 6 year old.
Yes, Shadowtron, that seems the implication. The sentence needs a more clearly adversative conjunction (or two), I think, to make it 100% certain what’s being said, such as “Despite the fact that I have a 98 IQ, I am nonetheless able to write some scary stuff.”
I suppose you could read it that way, but knowing how sensitive Nicky is about being a dummy, and quick to claim that he’s of normal intelligence, it’s unlikely he meant it that way.
A third possible meaning is that he’s trying to claim that it’s not necessary to be be brilliant to scare people. Even this interpretation clashes with his megalomania, though.
I don’t think he clashes in this instance, Codge. Nick is still feeding his megalomania here. He’s admitting he’s a dummy, but patting himself on the back for being such a scary dummy. Now, if you say he’s digging for sympathy like the good little sympathy whore that he is, then that’s a different story. I mean, you can’t be a limp-spine pussy AND ‘Nick the Boxer’ at the same time.
that fat slob has never boxed in his life. He has picked up a handful of words that he does not know the proper meaning of and plays a game of ‘let’s pretend’
Y’know, I’ve often wondered where Nicky picked up all of the various obscenities or personal attacks that he’s used on the internet forever. I think he’s just repeating some of the verbal abuse that his classmates directed to him growing up, since he’s not creative enough to come up with his own material.
It would also help explain his homophobia. I wonder if a day ever went by in Nicky’s school days that he didn’t overhear a classmate referring to him as a “faggot”.
I suspect that you are getting very close to the truth there. Your reasoning is very sound, Ben.
“The average IQ of the population as a whole is, by definition, 100. IQs range from 0 to above 200, and among children, to above 250. However, about 50% of the population have IQs between 89 and 111, and about 80% of the population have IQs ranging between 80 and 120, with 10% lying below 80, and 10% falling above 120.”

In 1990 I was tested and my IQ was placed at 137. I’m not sure how accurate the test was as I successfully guessed at some of the questions. Some of the questions were “learned” material, such as a question on Julius Caesar, etc.
The breakdown is different from what I remember it as being. The “average” score I noted began at 100, with anything falling below 100 as sub-par. I need to find that document [it’s in the garage]…however, I don’t know if they change these formulas over the year or not. The info would be rather out dated if they do.
I remember Pacione bragging about having a 79 IQ a couple of years ago, until it was pointed out that that wasn’t the equivalent of a B- or C+. Claiming a 98 IQ is a recent thing for him (only within the past few months has he done so).
Mine was tested two or three years ago and came in at 130. It may be about right. I occasionally felt like a dummy around an assistant I hired at a former employer who was a member of Mensa, but a lot smarter than the average co-worker who wasn’t in research.
Thanks for finding this. I’ve always wondered what the ratio was on a scale of 1 to 200 in terms of IQ. I remember I was something like 120 in junior high. But is it true that as you get older and you age and your brain shrinks (also add memory, anxiety, concentration and awareness difficulty), the overall number goes down?
“…as you get older and you age and your brain shrinks…”
unless you’re Nick the Wonder Boy. lol…then your IQ mysteriously increases by leaps and bounds. lol.
i’m eric. joining a couple boards and looking
forward to participating. hehe unless i get
too distracted!
