The following was passed along by a tipster in a comment elsewhere on this blog. It’s from a thread on TODP. For those interested, I have reposted it here.

FOR HIS BLOG:
Send an email to reception-45@google.com. In the subject line, type ‘TENT’ (which is their priority password of the day).
In your email, include links to the offending posts/threats/libel on Pacione’s Blog. Be clear and concise. Also state that you swear the above statements made by you to be true.
(Thanks to the helpful Google employee who gave me this info. Please note, that password is only valid for today)

FOR CAFEPRESS
At the bottom of the page, click on their Intellectual Property Rights Notice. Follow the six steps and email your information to them. They will then remove the offending material from their store.
(Thanks to the helpful CafePress employee who called me with this information)

You can also call the Morris Sheriff’s Department at 815-942-2131, but be advised, there isn’t much they can do. They are aware and they do monitor his activities, but are apparently limited by the law in how they can respond. As one officer told me, “Yeah, about every six months he gets off his meds and makes threats from the basement of his mother’s house. Then we go check in on him.” However, if they receive an abundance of calls, perhaps something else could be done or they could forward the matter.

And please feel free to forward this information to any other party who could benefit from it.
I appreciate this. I found the reference to me in the book. Nicky promised me in an exchange at Lulu.com that he had left me out of it. However, that turned out to be a lie.
Therefore, i have reported him to cafepress.
I got this when I tried to report him:
“Re: [#199725720] Nickolaus pacione blog to be removed

Hello,
Thank you for your note. Please note that Blogger is a provider of content creation tools, not a mediator of that content. We allow our users to create blogs, but we don’t make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a blog
contains unappealing or distasteful content or presents unpopular viewpoints. We realize this may be frustrating and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. In cases where contact information for the author is listed on the page, we recommend you working directly with this person to have the content in question removed or changed.
In cases where the author is anonymous, please note that in accordance with US state and federal law, it is Blogger’s policy to only provide a user’s contact information pursuant to a valid third party subpoena or other appropriate legal process.
Sincerely,
The Blogger Team”
Unfuckingbelievable.
I’ve used Blogspot for years, and find it perfectly believable. Pacione used to claim to hate Blogspot because: 1) any serious custom design work in the original version had to be coded by the user (and to some extent still does); 2) it refused repeatedly to shut down other people’s blogs upon his demand.
Once Xanga shut down his blog because of his death threat to Horrorgal, he decided to make BlogSpot his primary blog. He feels safe there posting any content he wants, no matter how libelous.
WordPress has a similar policy about content, and told him in essence “no can do” when he demanded that The Rusty Nail be shut down, even though nothing here is libelous. He set up a new WordPress blog of his own as a backup.
the one thing that will come from complaining and flagging a post at blogspot is that the blog will not be shown on certain types of indexing at blogspot. It gets put at the bottom of the pile and buried beneath a host of listings.
